STOP? 安全觀察與溝通項目（Safety Training &Observation Program）是杜邦公司從200多年的安全管理實踐中提煉總結出來的一種針對個人行為安全改進與提升的方法，大家普遍簡稱為STOP?。STOP? 安全觀察與溝通項目通過訓練企業員工在日常工作中對于個人的不安全行為和周遭的不安全環境狀況采取行動，幫助員工改進不安全行為，提高安全意識，培養安全習慣，以達到提升企業安全績效的目的。STOP?安全觀察與溝通項目還有助于培養個人觀察及溝通技巧，使你能采取積極而正面的步驟，確保一個更安全的工作場所。

STOP行為觀察溝通通常是這樣執行的：

1．Reactions of People 人員的反應
